Screener Pro is a stock screening and alerting tool. It scans market data against rules you (or a saved "strategy") define, and shows or notifies you which stocks currently match those rules.

• Screener Pro does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or a guarantee of any kind that a matched stock will perform in any particular way.
• Nothing shown on this site — a scan result, a saved strategy name, a mobile alert, or an example strategy under "Load Example" — is a recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any security. It is purely the output of a rule you chose to run.
• Trading and investing in securities markets carries risk, including the risk of loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
• Market data is sourced through a licensed broker API and is provided "as is." While we aim for accuracy, delays, gaps, or errors in the underlying data feed are possible, and Screener Pro does not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of any data shown.
• Past performance of any strategy, rule, or matched stock is not indicative of future results.

Terms of Service

1. The service

Screener Pro ("the Service") lets registered users define stock-screening rules ("scans"), run them against market data, save them, and optionally receive alerts when a scan's conditions are newly matched. Access is provided under a Demo (limited) or Premium (full-access) account category, as shown in your account settings.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to circumvent Demo/Premium access controls; scrape, resell, or redistribute data or scan results obtained through the Service to anyone outside your own account; attempt to disrupt or overload the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. No investment advice

As set out in the Disclaimer above, the Service is a screening/alerting tool only. It does not constitute investment advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst unless separately and explicitly stated to you in writing.

5. Subscriptions & payment

Premium access is offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms are as communicated to you at the time of purchase.

6. Availability

The Service depends on third-party market data and broker API availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur, including outside our control (e.g. broker API or exchange outages).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screener Pro and its operator are not liable for any trading or investment losses, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Service, including from delayed, missing, or inaccurate data or alerts.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password).
• Your scans and watches: the screening rules and universes you create or save, and which of them you've turned on for alerts.
• Alert history: a record of stocks that matched your active watches, so you can review them in the Alerts panel.
• Mobile alert delivery info: your personal ntfy.sh topic and/or push-notification subscription details, used only to deliver alerts to your own device(s).
• Basic technical data: IP address and request timestamps, used only for abuse prevention (e.g. rate-limiting repeated login attempts) and never sold or shared.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your individual scans, watches, or alert history with other users — every account's data is private to that account.

Market data

Market data shown to you is sourced through a licensed broker API and used to power your own scans and alerts. It is not resold or redistributed to any party outside your own use of the Service.

Third-party services we use

• A broker API, for market data.
• ntfy.sh and/or standard Web Push (via your browser), for delivering mobile alerts you've opted into.
• Google Sign-In, if you choose "Continue with Google" instead of a password — we only receive your email address and basic profile info from Google, never your Google password.

Your choices

You can regenerate your mobile alert topic, disable individual watches, clear your alert history, or contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
